Can April Just Hurry Up Already?

Still doing Camp Nano. Adulting was complete last week. Did my title drop for season eight of the Wasteland. And it is still April.

<Sigh>

Good news is that I have a news TV and my cable is back. I get to enjoy watching Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube on a bigger screen. So, I am excited for that. I got to watch Terrace House: Opening New Doors on the TV today. I will have fun playing with it. Now, if I can just switch accounts in Hulu…

I don’t have much to say this week. Everything is just chill ATM. I want to play Sims 4 again. Over the past couple of days, I haven’t had the chance. I might try tonight. While I do that…

Is April Over Yet? No? Okay…

Alright, I want April to be over. What’s going on lately? Right now, I am working on volumes seventeen and eighteen of Dreamland. The last volume will be either in May or June. Once I am done, I will had it edited and cleaned up. When I will have it published, I do not know. For now, I am to finishing something I have been working since 2008. (Wow, ten years. I know, right?)

What else is there? Next Monday will be the title drop to season eight of my Wasteland Project. I’m still working on Earth Child and Circle of Friends. I might get Pleasure Kingdom edited and cleaned up. I plan to do some adulting this week. How? There are a couple of bills to pay and some summer clothes to get out. Other than that, I don’t know what I am doing. I am waiting to get paid this week though.

I feel like I need to be doing more. I haven’t figured that out yet. But I will have it and make my life some much easier. Until then…

Yep, March is STILL Busy

This is the last week of March and I still have work to do. I am just about finished with The Month of No Gods and Pleasure Kingdom. The former has six more chapters to go while the latter has one more chapter. I don’t think I am finishing anything else this month.

I feel like I need something new next month. I think I will be watching some new things. I will finally get to see Kung Fu Hustle soon. I have seen the trailers for it back in the day, but I never got to watch it. Never had the access to. Well, Netflix changed all of that. It’s just a matter of when. I don’t even know what I am doing for Camp Nano this year.

Okay, so Earth Child is coming back for another season next month. Flame of Love will end on the second of April. Other than that, you will have to see after Sunday. Oh, there will be the title drop for the new season of the Wasteland Project next month. For now…

Podcast Highlight: Two Girls, One Ghost

I have been digging into horror podcasts. (I wanted inspiration for my Wasteland Project.) It first started with “Let’s Not Meet”/”All Things Deadly”. Then, Andrew Tate advertised “Maeltopia” on the first run of LNM. Pretty soon, I went down the rabbit hole and ended up on the podcast, “Two Girls, One Ghost”. Liz Sower of “Ghost in the ‘Burbs” recommended this.

The hostesses, Corinne and Sabrina, cover everything in the paranormal from Ladies in White to Black-eyed Children. You can tell that they really love what they do. These girls really do believe in ghosts. I am always questioning paranormal events first. They get scared by some of the stories. I don’t find them scary, but I will use the stories for my own work. Not only do Corinne and Sabrina cover stories that they dig up, they also read the e-mails of listeners and fans of their own ghost stories.

If you like ghost stories, creepy stuff, and conspiracy theories with two girls causally telling stories and enjoying animals, you will like this podcast. While you’re at it…

Wasteland Withdrawals

It feels weird. I’m not working on any of the main stories from the Wasteland Project this week. I cannot wait until frickin’ June to start again. So, what am I going to do? What else? Write some original pieces to go with it. Here’s what I have on tap:

Suburban Island will be back next week on the seventh of February. Season one is on Wattpad.

I started a short series called Okami last night. The summary goes like this:

A young Okami girl starts to have visions leading her on a quest to find her mother along the East African wild. Along the way, she will meet others like her hearing a similar calling. What can it all mean? Is there a connection? As they seek the answer, they must be careful. There will be other wolves and hunters crying for blood.

New chapter will be next Sunday.

There will be some short original pieces too. I’m working on one right now called Alisa. I might write another tomorrow, I will have to see. For now…

So Many Ideas and Plans. Where Do I Start?

I will be wrapping season seven of the Wasteland Project next week. But, I still want to expand the universe. Last year, I did it with Suburban Island and Night Hawks. I started listening to the Maeltopia podcast and I want to do an expanded universe with my work too. I have so many ideas, but I don’t know where to start.

I have ideas for quicky shorts. I want to mix Japanese and African mythology for a story about wolves. Plus, there will be a season two of Suburban IslandNight Hawks will get a second season three chapters too. I still need to come up with a Wasteland omake too. I have so much to fill until the last Monday of June. I have other stuff not related to the Wasteland Project. Stick around for that. Until then…

Autumn is Here

Summer is officially over. Autumn is now here. Time for the pumpkins, Halloween, all things horror, Thanksgiving, and food to rain down upon us. Put away your summer clothes and get out your hoodies. I will get out my winter stuff in a few weeks. I also have some things to work on as well.

October will be the time I let loose with the horror on my Wasteland Project. Plus, I will be doing some romantic fluff pieces as well. I have some plans for Halloween. Again, I will be doing Asian Horror month. Look forward to that. LGBT Scream is about to wrap up on Sunday. Brace yourselves for an active fall. For now…

Celty Went to the Shop

I finally sucked it up. Today, I took Celty (Laptop #2) into the shop. Turns out, it’s not the charging port. But, I need a new battery. They are ordering for me. I don’t know how long it will be in the shop. For the time being, I using Pinky to do work. I had to update my browsers, Chrome and Firefox, and get some of my files onto Pinky. After that, I got right to work. I got my chapters done for the day.

On another note, I first Camp a day early. I think I will write to add one more page just before I validate it. Tomorrow, I get to start on my seventh Durarara fic, Caged Wonderland, in the Wonderland series. I am really excited!

Despite it not charging when plugged up, Pinky runs just like it did for the clock battery died. I can’t wait to get Celty back. Until then…

Vacation and Wrapping Up in June

Later on this month, I will going on vacation for a week. Saturday and Sunday will not let me have internet access then. So, I am going to try something while I’m vacation. I will write the last two chapter of City Lounge: Paris volume three in a Word document and see if I can set the post on WordPress to post in the future. I will need to get the songs I need for them first. Plus, I will try to get one day online to make my post. Luckily, I won’t have that much to post that week. Just a couple of chapters and a preview. I might get to do some editing on Steel Prison while I’m there too. Plus, some other shorts I want to publish too.

Speaking of which here is a list of things that I am going to wrap up this month:

  • Gentleman’s Club (Volume Twenty-Four)
  • Two volumes of Dreamland
  • Reposting last season’s Tengoku.Chikyu.Jigoku
  • A couple of other previews
  • Volume Three of City Lounge: Paris
  • Season eight of Earth Child

Plus, I get to start season seven of my Wasteland Project on the last Monday of this month. I can’t wait. Until then…

Counting Down and Planning

May is coming to an end in a few days. Within two weeks, it will be June. That means new projects are coming. I can’t wait to start on season seven of my Wasteland Project. The Earth Child season finale will be coming up on the seventh. Volume three of City Lounge: Paris will wrap up next month too. But don’t worry, I’ll start volume three of City Lounge: Berlin. Writing isn’t the only thing I am looking forward to either.

I will get to finish the live action version of Erased on Netflix. (I only have two episodes left.) Then, I’m going to watch From This Corner of the World next. Then, it’s off to Hulu to watch some episodes of Moone Boy. Before that, I will be done with season one of Some Girls. So much stuff to watch, including the 2009 movie, Moon.

On top of that, I will vacation in June at some point. Can you believe that we’re about halfway through 2018? Time keeps running away from us. I’m just happy to be getting some stuff done.

Oh and Photobucket freed all of the pictures. They are under new management now. I guess they realized that they screwed up with charged $399 for embedding pictures and now they are trying to woo them back. That leaves me with one thing: Should I just leave all of the pictures on my website I didn’t convert to Imgur or should I keep moving them to Imgur like I have been doing since last year? Either way, I still have to fix the music and other small glitches on my site. Oh boy, it’s going to take me a while. I was insane in my younger years with the posting, but it’s well worth it. While I ponder this dilemma, you can…
