Book Pimping, Planning, and Some Bitterness

I finally finished re-formatting my books. Everything is up and ready for sell. Now, I can go on and publish new material. I already have a new book in mind. Anyone up for volume three of Hapless Cupid? Of course you are! Lucky for you, I will be editing volume three and publish it. (Yay!) Also, I am planning to fix up the web site. I am thinking about separating my fanfics from my original works. There might be three different sections on the site: fanfics, published work, and non-published work. Plus, there might be better playlists and working music. This will taker longer to do the work than this blog did. Wish me luck…

And now for some disappointment. Today, Comedy Central has decided to cancel The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore. I am not amused by this. They canceled it due to low ratings. I say, that is crap and get out the petitions. The final episode will air this Thursday.

Now it’s time for some book pimping…

Whew, That was a Pain

I finally have this blog organized. It was a pain to get the posts to have their right categories and tags. Despite some leftover tags, I have everything set now.

So, what comes next?

Well, as predicted, more writing. I still don’t have a re-release date for Sins of Women, but it’s coming. Bare with me, please?

I don’t really have much to talk about this week. (I am a little busy doing, what else? Writing.) Maybe next week I will have more to say. Though I have gotten into Detroit Metal City this Saturday after I finished Gatchaman at long last. Whew! All I can say is, poor dude. Each episode is only thirteen minutes long. Because of this, I have spent three days cramming in these short episodes and shaking my head at the utter madness that I watch each episode. I am up to episode nine and I will finish off the series tomorrow. (There are only twelve episodes in this anime. That’s probably a good thing because I don’t know how they would be able to keep up with such madness. The anime isn’t bad, it’s just… insane!) Next up will be the anime version of The Count of Monte Cristo.

I think that’s it for now. I will keep you posted on Sins of Women and when it will be re-released. For now…

Blogging and Book Re-Release

So last week, I merged my blog from Blogger to this blog. One problem: the tags on Blogger ended up being categories on here. So the next day, I had the “fun” task of separating the categories and tags. Let me tell you something: it sucked! So time-consuming, but I got it done. Now, I have to go through and organize the categories again, edit and tag the posts that came from Blogger, and delete duplicate posts. This isn’t going to be fun, but I have to do it to look professional.

Meanwhile, I will be re-formatting Sins of Women tonight. I don’t know when I will re-release it yet. After this, I will only have Ain’t No Rest for the Wicked left to re-format and re-released. Tomorrow, I will attempt to do the blog stuff and happily start on the Durarara section of my Wasteland Project. Plus, I will watch said anime on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when I write each halo. (I call the chapters for that section “halos”.) So much to do, but I can manage it. While you wait, you can…

Presenting… Sins of Women!

Progress is Progressing

I finally got off my ass and resumed editing Sins of Women. I have finished working with the first nine chapters. You should be expected to see the book out sometime between mid to late this month or early September. I even have two images that I want to use for the cover. Plus, there might be two more short stories, I am God and The Weekender, out shortly after Sins of Women finally comes out. On top of that, in September, I will finally work on Ain’t No Rest for the Wicked.

Back to Sins of Women. I will be working on two more chapters tomorrow. Maybe, I will work on more. It will depend on how I feel about it. Stick around and see!

I Finally Got Started with a Little Editing

Ah, yes! I have edited the cover page and added a table of contents for Sins of Women. This is the first time that I have done a table of contents for any of my books. I figured that I would try it out. Oh yeah, Distorted Lullaby got another review on another blog site. Here is the link: http://bound4escape.com/2015/07/13/short-story-review-distorted-lullaby-by-noizchild-johnson/ I’m actually okay with what she had to say with it. Maybe, I can send them more books to review. I will have to see. While I’m at it, go check out Distorted Lullaby for yourself. Any Time Now…

I have another editor working on Sins of Women. I will get around to editing the book. Hopefully, I won’t be so lazy and just do it. For some reason, my “d” an “x” keys now won’t exactly type properly. I have to press down hard on them to get them to type out the letter. I’m still trying to fix them, though. It’ll take a while, but I know I can do it. I’ve done it before.

I have about burn through this cycle of my Netflix queue. I only have one reality series, one documentary, and three more movies before the list is empty again. Oh yeah, Distorted Lullaby got another review on another blog site. Out of Editing Limbo and a Bit of Bad News

I have some good news and some bad news to share.

Good News: I’m finally out of editing limbo! That’s right, I have published a new short story. With that being said, I shall drop a little self-promotion.

Title: The Perfect Doll

Genre: Short story, family life

Summary: After eighteen years of an ordinary marriage, a housewife has an epiphany about how boring her life really is. After spending a morning of soul-searching through her past, she makes a decision to break free over her “doll house.”

Plus, I will drive straight into editing Sins of Women. Look for it sometime in mid to the tail of July. On top of that, we might be seeing volume one of Hapless Cupid next month. Pretty soon, more work will follow I will have to finish more work for editing and publishing. I think the fire as returned everyone!

Now for the bad news…

Bad News: I recieved an e-mail on June thirtieth from Draft2Digital. Apparently, if author are publishing romance books to there, they will go bye-bye unless they are free. That’s right, I don’t know if you can still do this, but hurry and get Sleeper and Bacchus’ Mistress via Scribd. There some good news, however. Distorted Lullaby will still be avaliable on Scribd due to the fact is a women’s sleuth book.

Feel free to follow this blog and tell two people about it. In return, maybe they will tell two people and so on and so forth.

I am Out of Editing Limbo!

I did it! I finally got to edit something for publishing! The Perfect Doll is now in the process of being published on Amazon.com. My aunt came through and gave me her thoughts about it. I will have the link for you to check it out in the link section to your right. For now, check out the cover for the ebook below.

Now with The Perfect Doll finally out of the way, I can focus on waiting for Sins of Women and the volume one Hapless Cupid. Sit tight, I am finally moving on here!
