Last Day of Camp

I’m on the last story in the collection. I am up to 48,989 words. I will be finished by today. May will bring new projects into the works. I will work on a short story that I will post on the nineteenth. There will be other short stories and the usual annual projects for May.

It will be nice to not have so much to work with. May brings me closer to work on the Wasteland Project again and I get to work on new things in May. I am about to try and get caught up on my Netflix list. Maybe Hulu too. I could have Patient X beta read and try to go back to editing Steel Prison again. So much to do in thirty-one days. Where do I even start? I’ll sort it out. I might even finish some things in May. I will have to see. I do know if I will do camp in July because I don’t know what to write. Oh and we will go back to Paris in the City Lounge in May. Look forward to all of that. For now…

Status Report: Camp is Winding Down

There are seven days left in camp. The Patient X story keeps getting longer, but I will try to wrap it up by tomorrow or Wednesday. Then, I will try to finish those last two stories in the collection to meet my 50,000 word count. Suburban Island will end in two days. I got scouted for a publishing collection. I think I have the story in mind that I want to publish. I will look over it when I finish Patient X.

Next month, I am working on a short story related to the Wasteland project. I will post it on Inkitt on May 19th. Plus, there are some other stories to finish. I am counting down to June so that I can work on season seven on of the Wasteland Project. Right now, I will see how much I get done from the rest of the week because I have jury duty.  (Fun, right?) I am confident about finishing Patient X and Suburban Island this week and on time. For now…

New Book Publishing in the Works

Good news, everyone!

Sometime in June and July, I will be publishing a book that I have been sitting on for years. The title will be called Steel Prison. I have been it through Nano and the now-defunct Autonomy. I will have it beta read to get it polished up one more time. (It’s been edited a good number of times. I forgot how many.) There was a cover for it on Autonomy, but I think I lost that one. I made a cover during my college years for like a hard cover copy for a digital photo editing class, but it’s the wrong image format. Speaking of hard covers, this might be my first book that I will have made into a hard copy along with ebook. I will see if that turns and if it is possible.

Stick around and see everything unfold, until then…

Anytime Now…

Okay, I have my edits back. My first line of business? I will edit volume two of Hapless Cupid. I already have the title page and table of contents put together. I will start working on chapter four tomorrow. I aim to have this volume published by next Monday or Wednesday.

Next week, I will work on edits for Ain’t No Rest for the Wicked. This one might take a little bit longer to edit, so I do not have a publishing date set for this month. After that, I will look for beta readers to help edit Fall Semester and a few short stories. Wish me luck of getting it done.

2015 Plans

I still have a few tricks up my sleeve. First, I hope to have Bacchus’ Mistress published by January, tops. The only problem is that I can’t seem to hang onto a beta reader/editor long enough to look through the whole book. Ideally, I want to see Bacchus’ Mistress published in January, but idealistically, it looks like it’s going to be up by April tops.

Another novel I want to publish is called Sins of Women. I haven’t even started looking for a beta reader/editor on that one just yet. On top of that, I need to finish up more books to even get to the editing part of the process.

I’m going to be so busy next year…
