Happy 2018 Everyone!

Welcome to 2018, my darlings! May this year be better than the last one.

Good news, chapter three of Steel Prison has been edited! I am hoping for snow this week. I was told that I was going to get some this week. My first day into the new year’s been pretty good. Got some writing done. Work’s been picking and I did some jobs on the first day. I will do more jobs tomorrow. I will get paid next week too.

What shall we be looking forward to? Well, I will try to get in editing of chapter four of Steel Prison. I still intend on getting that published some time this year. Not just for the ebook either, I intend to do hardcover and maybe send it to a publisher. I will still be fixing  my site to get rid of the Photobucket pictures. Some things will be finished. I am going to start new project to tide me over for waiting to start the next season of my Wasteland Project. (The waiting is going to suck like always.) I will work on a one-shot Durarara omake to go with the Wonderland series. I might do another one shot pilot for the Wasteland Project. For now on that one, I just have bits and pieces. I will try to get a full-time job while I’m at it.

That is so much to promise in one day, but it is doable for me. Also, these aren’t New Year’s Resolutions. I never make those. But, I am determined to make this year better than last year. Wish me luck. While you’re at it…

Blogging and Book Re-Release

So last week, I merged my blog from Blogger to this blog. One problem: the tags on Blogger ended up being categories on here. So the next day, I had the “fun” task of separating the categories and tags. Let me tell you something: it sucked! So time-consuming, but I got it done. Now, I have to go through and organize the categories again, edit and tag the posts that came from Blogger, and delete duplicate posts. This isn’t going to be fun, but I have to do it to look professional.

Meanwhile, I will be re-formatting Sins of Women tonight. I don’t know when I will re-release it yet. After this, I will only have Ain’t No Rest for the Wicked left to re-format and re-released. Tomorrow, I will attempt to do the blog stuff and happily start on the Durarara section of my Wasteland Project. Plus, I will watch said anime on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when I write each halo. (I call the chapters for that section “halos”.) So much to do, but I can manage it. While you wait, you can…

Goodbye Livejournal and Dreamwidth

I have done it. I have bid farewell to Livejournal and Dreamwidth. I am still debating whether to delete them or not. I have decided to merge this blog with my WordPress one. I don’t know when I will do it, but someone gave me the instructions on how to do it. I am will let you know when I will be moving.

The Weekender will be re-released soon. I have a new job now. I will just need to find a full-time job. I can’t wait for August to come so that I can work on the Durarara section of my Wasteland Project. I will let you know when I move and delete my Livejournal and Dreamwidth. Until then…

The End is Coming, Dave

This month, I will finish my Fullmetal Alchemist fanfic, Anaconda. I will begin the end tomorrow. I have spent too long working on this. After that, I will work on an original series that I have put off for too long.

Even so, I am in need of something new to write. This is what happens when you have so many ideas screaming, “Write me out!” The plot bunny farm is overflowing again. Besides getting out ideas that I have been sitting on, I still need a full-time job. In other news, the new season of D.Gray-Man is starting June 25th in Japan. Just in time for me to begin season five of my Wasteland 2011 project. (Speaking of which, I promise I will get back to the Durarara anime, both seasons when I resume the project. Scout’s honor!) Either way, wish me luck and…

I am a Little Stuck

I feel like I am stuck to a slight rut. I think that I need something new to write about, but I need to break my laziness first. I have resumed another anime that I have stalled on called Gacthaman. It’s pretty entertaining. It has its moments that say, “Pick on me!” but it’s better than Megaman at least. (That show made me want to face palm, but I survived it.) I am thinking about starting Detroit Metal City this week. I have heard nothing but good things about it. I am kind of stalling with Durarara x2 Ketsu because I don’t want it to end. Maybe I will watch Durarara from the beginning in August when I start working on Deep Blue Wonderland as part of my Wasteland 2011 project.

I also want to improve on my erotica writing by reading some good smut. (Fifty Shades of Garbage does not count!)  So if anyone knows of some good erotica, fiction or non-fiction, hit me up in the comment section. Right now…
