Controversial Album Covers VI (Pt. 11)

Year: 1999

Aphex Twin: Windowlicker

The Problem: Most blokes have probably spent a bit of time fantasizing about having their own pair to fondle at some point… an idea Richard D. James took one step further with the cover of his 1999 EP, Windowlicker. He looks pretty pleased with himself, anyway!

My Take: Make up your own joke for this!

Buckcherry: Buckcherry

The Problem: The cover depicts a painting of a naked woman with tattoos laying on her stomach on the floor with her right breast exposed. The album was banned from Kmart because of the cover. The band also saw continued controversy on their next album, Time Bomb.

My Take: It doesn’t look that bad. I love the colors, though.
